A helper voice
Your parent picks a helper, Rachel or Liam. The helper reads each card aloud on request, explains what a letter says, and speaks the language your parent is most at home in. Your own screen can stay in English.

Your parent points the phone at a letter, a bill or a pill bottle. The helper explains it out loud in plain words: what it is, whether anything is due, and what to do next.
If it looks like a scam, the helper says so gently and lets the family know, so you can call before any money moves. You see a short summary and a to-do on your side too.

Family circle
Invite a brother, a sister or a grandchild into Mom's circle. Everyone sees the same picture, so one person isn't carrying it all, and nobody has to relay news in the group chat.
Every appointment shows who is taking her, so nothing falls through the cracks.
When she presses "I need help", every caretaker in the circle gets a notification at once.
When someone takes care of an alert, the others see it's done, so you don't all call at once.
Help, not surveillance
